Restore a compatible Kohler BubbleMassage® air bath without replacing the bathtub. This complete aftermarket retrofit system is designed to replace discontinued Kohler 1039685 blower systems with modern, matched components and convenient wireless operation.

The system operates on 120V/60Hz. Some original equipment labels may show 115V instead of 120V. Always verify the original equipment label and electrical configuration before ordering.

Why Choose the Wireless System?

Some original Kohler keypads are permanently bonded to the bathtub or difficult to remove without damaging the surrounding acrylic. This system allows the original keypad to remain physically in place while the new blower is operated with a waterproof wireless remote.

The original Kohler keypad and control electronics are not electrically reused. The replacement blower, wireless control box and remote operate together as a complete matched system.

This is also a good option for customers who prefer remote operation and do not require Wave or Pulse massage modes.

Does this replace the original Kohler 1039685 blower?

This system is designed as a complete aftermarket retrofit for compatible 120V/60Hz Kohler 1039685 air-bath installations. Final compatibility depends on the original voltage, air connection, control configuration and available mounting space.

Can I reuse the original Kohler keypad?

No. The original keypad is not electrically compatible with the replacement control system. It may remain physically in place, but the new blower is operated using the included wireless remote.

Does the wireless remote provide variable-speed control?

The control system can be configured for three-speed or variable-speed operation. The remote allows the user to turn the blower on or off and adjust the airflow.

Does this system have Wave and Pulse modes?

No. This wireless system does not provide programmed Wave or Pulse modes. Choose one of our keypad-controlled systems if those massage modes are required.

Does the blower heater warm the bathwater?

No. The integrated heater warms the moving air to reduce the initial cool-air sensation. It does not heat or maintain the temperature of the bathwater.

Are an air button and air tubing included?

No. This system is controlled electronically by the waterproof wireless remote. A pneumatic air button and air-switch tubing are not included.

Why does the blower start again after the bath is turned off?

This is the automatic drying or purge cycle. It helps remove residual moisture from the air lines after the bath has been used.

Is this an original Kohler product?

No. This is a complete aftermarket retrofit system for compatible Kohler applications. It is not an original Kohler service part.
